Whether in person or by video, you will be met with warmth and empathy as we work together in a safe therapeutic space. Based on individual needs, I use an eclectic mix of Jungian (Depth) Psychology, somatic psychotherapy, evidence based practices such as EMDR & CBT, mindfulness, dreamwork, images, active imagination and myth, to support healing and growth. My holistic approach works well with all types of people including: self-doubters, high-achievers, trauma survivors, perfectionists, and those seeking personal growth, or a respite from the public spot light.

I specialize in supporting people navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, women’s issues, and relationship challenges.

About Melissa

I am a naturally curious person who reads many books, attends trainings in self-discovery and therapeutic practices, enjoys being in nature, practices and taught Ashtanga Yoga, and experienced therapy as a helpful tool in my own life. All of my lived experiences, including career changes from interior design to serving as an executive in the modeling industry, helped me find my inner voice and become my authentic self as therapist.
